- Full payment must be received before we can process your order.
- The lead time for custom suits can be up to 8 weeks. The lead time commences once artwork has been approved and full payment has been received. Delta Racewear will not be liable for any loss incurred due to production or delivery delays.
- You will receive a final draft of your custom suit which you will need to approve. Every effort is made for colours, designs and proportions to be as accurate as possible, but these may vary from the final product. Variations can occur due to several reasons - screen resolutions and colour representation, size considerations, variations in materials and dye strengths, etc.
- Delta Racewear is not responsible for any copyright issues that may result from the final designs. Although we will advise you if we foresee any issues, it is the customer's responsibility to have obtained authorisation to use any copyrighted, trademarked or licensed material.
- If you have supplied your own measurements, we will assume that these dimensions as accurate, and your suit will be made according to these measurements. We can not be held responsible for sizing issues if the measurements provided were inaccurate. However, we will make every effort to resolve any sizing issues, but this may incur extra costs.
- If there are any issues or problems with your custom racesuit or clothing these issues need to be addressed and resolved before the item is worn. Using the item constitutes accepting the item.
- Any bespoke clothing is custom-made and tailored to your unique specifications and requirements, and therefore refunds and returns are not possible.
- Any CIK or FIA homologated products are sold in good faith at the time of sale. These products can be identified as genuine FIA or CIK approved products by the hologram sewn into the clothing. The FIA reserve the right to change homologation licenses and competition rules, and we are not responsible for any subsequent changes which may affect the validity of FIA or CIK homologated products that we re-sell.
- On orders placed outside the UK, the customer may be liable for customs charges and/or VAT. It is the responsibility of the customer to pay such fees and taxes. We are unable to advise on the fees you will be charged as this is determined by your local customs authority and import tax rates.
- Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
- In no case shall Macroweb Ltd t/a Delta Racewear, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service, or for any other claim related in any way to your use of the service or any product, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of the service or any content (or product) posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the service, even if advised of their possibility. Because some states or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or the limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, in such states or jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Macroweb Ltd t/a Delta Racewear makes no representations express or implied, regarding any FIA or CIK garment's ability to protect the user from injury or death beyond that it complied, when sold, with CIK-FIA standards in laboratory testing.
