Custom Sublimated HRX Kart Racesuits
Bringing elegant and stunning style to your motorsport racewear, whilst ensuring maximum safety and functionality. Delta Racewear's mission is simple: we want you to look great, but we also want you to be safe and comfortable at all times, in all conditions.
Our sublimated kart racesuits are made for us by HRX in Italy and homologated to the latest FIA 8877-2022 standard. With an all-over print which is dyed into the fabric, we are able to take your designs to the next level, allowing for unrivalled use of pattern and colour (including fluoros).
These suits are constructed using high-quality fabric and have been rigorously tested before being approved by the FIA to the highest standards of safety to help protect the driver in case of an accident, particularly against abrasion injuries.
The standard turnaround time for these suits is:
5-6 weeks during peak season (December-July)
4 weeks during low season (August-November)
There are also a range of rush options available, ranging from 2 days to 4 weeks. Please enquire for more pricing of rush fees and availability.

Our HRX Fuji Matt or Shine sublimated kartsuits are £549 (currently £499 in our Summer Sale) for standard sizes, and £649 (currently £599 in our Summer Sale) for custom fit.
This price is plus VAT for adult drivers based in the UK (adult size is age 15 and over). We also offer team pricing for orders of 5 suits or over. Please get in touch if you would like more information on this option.
Our HRX kartsuits are made in Italy and available in two different fabric finishes: Matt and Shine:
MATT is an elegant and modern matte fabric, ideal for those who prefer a discreet yet professional look. Great for drivers prioritising subtlety and wear resistance.
SHINE is a glossy fabric with a shiny finish, perfect for those who want to stand out with a striking and highly recognisable track presence.
The sublimated racesuits are one-price, with all logos and design included, and you can choose from a large range of colours.

Our standard templates are shown below. You don't have to stick to those templates, but they can be a useful starting place if you're unsure what style to go for. If you use our standard design templates there is no design fee, but if you would like a completely custom design creating for you, we charge an initial design fee of £60 plus VAT.
